Redemption…

Came to NOLA brewery in sheer desperation while searching for lunch on a beautiful New Orleans day where everywhere had huge lines out the door after over a year when we received horrible service by a man, whom my kid sister, so eloquently, referred to as “buffalo bill” on her yelp review. Bar service was polite and professional, McClures BBQ satisfying. Thinking of another round upstairs to watch the river flow by. I saw bags of crawfish being rolled in, so let’s see where this goes…

Not cooking…

You all know the rule- once I hit 3, “I’m not cooking!”. $8 cheesesteaks And meatball sandwiches (very authentic, Philadelphia peeps!) $2.50 all day IPAs all day (but we hit up the Hamms and High Life’s). JT at the bar. (Hopefully they’re not noticing I wore the same thing last night…)

Happy hour daily 2-5, 1/2 off draft beers and wine. The bartender asked right away if we’d like our beers “to go?” With these comfy barstools- hells no. She didn’t seem pleased. I don’t think we belong… so we ordered the fries. (Go to Wayfare on Freret…) you can taste the…. never mind…
